EDUCATION PACK

The education pack has been specially designed to accompany Theatre Alibi’s adaptation of The Crowstarver. Different sections of it may be used before, or after, seeing the performance. It focuses on English and each section contains a variety of practical ideas for preparatory and follow up work in reading, writing, discussion and drama suitable for students at Key Stages 2 and 3. Additionally, sections of the pack are integral to the PSHE and History curriculum.

IDEAS FOR A DRAMA WORKSHOP

There is also a pack with ideas for a drama workshop. This pack contains two workshop outlines, focussing on two different age groups. The workshops have been planned for classes that have seen theatre alibi’s production, and/or, read Dick King-Smith’s book.
